Come join us for an Overnight on the USS Hornet and experience their STEM program. Please note the STEM program availability depends on being able to book the date on the 24th. Other dates will not have the STEM program.
If you have not done this yet it is a must. This is a real piece of World War II History as well as our early Space program. Come and have an up close and personal experience on a US Aircraft carrier. Sleep in the crews quarters. Eat dinner and breakfast in the crews mess hall. Take a tour of the Bridge or the engine rooms. Ride the flight simulator or follow the steps of our early Astronauts after they came back from the moon. This is an event you and your kids wont soon forget. Open to all family members 5 years old and above.
We need an accurate head count AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Not only will we have to have an accurate headcount but YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE PAID by the deadline of October 18th.
It is really important that if you are going to commit to doing this that you pay for this no later than the 18th. We want to be able to get the date we want so it is super important that if you signup you pay ASAP or by the deadline of the 18th.
Please note this is a cub scout friendly event and as such we will be joined by cub scouts from packs 349 and 394. Also note there may be other scout/youth groups participating in the same overnight with us.
