Stanford Stadium Concessions booth – Stanford v Arizona

Troop 325 will staff the Stanford concessions booth during all home football games.  This is a fund-raising opportunity for our troop.

Check-in:

• Report to Stadium Gate 1B at 2:00pm (will be confirmed a few days before the event date)
• Bring Identification card
• Clear bags only (**No Backpacks**) for medications, personal snacks, etc. You may want to bring your own food/snack bars if you can’t or don’t want to eat stadium food. Water bottles are normally not allowed to be carried in.
• Proceed to Stadium Express Stand no. 232

Carpool & Parking:

• Please indicate if you are able to drive other scouts or parent volunteers to the event
• Print and bring the parking pass emailed to you prior to the event
• Parking is at Lot #9 on Lasuen Grove — a 3-5 minute walk to Gate 1B

Wear Closed toe shoes, plain white shirt with no logos (e.g. polo shirt), Dark or tan plain pants

• All staff/volunteers working in the kitchen (back of the house) must wear a hair net. Hair nets are located on top of sink.
• All staff/volunteers working in the front must have their hair neatly combed, pulled back and away from face.
