Stanford Football – Oregon State

Troop 325 will staff the Stanford concessions booth during all home football games.  This is a fund-raising opportunity for our troop.

Check-in:
Report to Stadium Gate 1B at 2:00pm

Carpool & Parking:
Carpool: Please indicate if you are able to drive other scouts/parent volunteers to the event.
Print and bring parking pass provided prior to the event
Parking is at Lot #9 on Lasuen Grove — a 3-5 minute walk to Gate 1B

What to bring & wear & COVID 19 protocols:
Bring:
Identification card
Vaccination card OR 72 hour negative COVID test result
Mask is required when working or inside (not required when outdoors)
Clear bags only (**No Backpacks**): for medications, personal snacks, etc. You may want to bring your own snack bars if you don’t want to eat stadium food and can’t go without eating for 6 hours.

Wear:
Close toed shoes
Top: Clean, plain white shirt with no logos (e.g. polo shirt)
Bottom: Dark or tan plain pants

New requirement:

Ø All staff/volunteers working in the kitchen (back of the house) must wear a hair net. Hair nets are located on top of sink.

Ø All staff/volunteers working in the front. Hair must be neatly combed, pulled back and away from face.

Job: Tchaa will make final assignments on game day.
