Service is an important aspect of Scouting.
Troop 325 is being called upon to make, serve and cleanup a dinner for the Prince of Peace Safe Car Park.
- Spaghetti Noodles 6-8 pounds
- 4 packs
- Tomato Based Spaghetti Sauce 10 cups
- 2 jars
- Alfredo Sauce 6 cups
- 1 jar
- Garlic Bread 5 loaves
- French Bread
- Butter
- Garlic Powder
- Italian Seasoning
- Salad 3 pounds
- 1 costco bag
- Ranch Dressing
- Vinaigrette
- Drinks
- Coffee
- Crystal light
- Water
There are two of these dinners. January 16th and February 13th. We will split each night into two parts Setup and Cook for the first part from 6:00 to 7:00 / Serve and Cleanup from 7:00 to 8:00
Setup and cook
- place tables and chairs
- cook pasta
- Ready the utensils and plates and cups
- wash pots and pans
- Stay and eat dinner
Serve and Cleanup
- Serve the cooks and guests
- Serve each other
- Wash cups and utensils (plates probably paper)
- put away tables and chairs
- take out trash
- Sweep floors
36 Registered in the troop 18 for each night 9 for each part. All scouts are expected to participate.
This is not an optional event all need to be involved so please pick your night and session. We need to give back to the church who is providing the space that we use.
We will cook for our 18 scouts, 10-12 Safe Car Park participants, and 4-6 other volunteers. ~35 people
