We have 3 tables reserved. as we now have 4 troops, I’ll bring my own table.

Suggestions:
- Table: 3fold poster board showing troops doing cool things; troop info sheet handouts
- 1-2 leaders in uniform
Time: 5:30-5:45 setup; parents only event, so we don’t need scouts. Expect parents to start showing up between 5:45 and 6 as classrooms open at 6:15
