Pinewood Derby Checkin

Ladies and Gentlemen, I need your help.  I need to staff the Pinewood Derby Checkin and Derby.

The checkin will start at 5:30 and run to 10:00pm.

Itinerary

• 5:30-6:30 Setup
• 6:30-9:00 Two Line checkin
• 9:00-9:30 Shutdown Lion/Tiger Checkin line and start cleanup
• 9:30-10:00 Final cleanup.

I need the following checkin stations

• Forms (1)
  • Greet the parents and cubscouts.  Assist them in getting the correct form, and getting in the correct line
• Wheels (2)
  • Inspect the wheels for
    • All 4 wheels touch
    • No modifications to the wheels
    • Wheel Base is not altered
    • Wheels are based greater than 1.75″ side to side
• Dimensions (2)
  • Inspect the car to ensure that it is no longer than 7″ no taller than 3″, no wider than 3″ and the wheels a
• Weight (2)
  • Verify that the car is not over the 5.00 ounce limit
• Form Entry (2)
  • Enter the form information into a computer
• Treasury Assistant (1)
  • Assist with taking payments

This event will count for service hours.  Snacks and drinks will be provided.
