We will canoe on Saturday morning (Aug 17th) down the river, about 10 miles (3-4 hrs), and camp next to the river on Aug 16th and 17th.
A canoe, paddle, and life jacket will be provided. Hot showers and clean restrooms are available.
You need to be a swimmer and all scouts who will clear the summer swim test are eligible to participate.
Clothing: Closed-toe shoes/slippers are a must. Be prepared to get wet; we will have fun swimming and playing during breaks. Don’t forget a hat, sunscreen and water bottle.
